College Internship
Spirit offers valuable opportunities to gain early career experience through internships.
Where Careers Begin
Spirit AeroSystems is building the future of flight by attracting and hiring talented, hard-working new employees. We’re proud to offer several internship programs all aimed at educating tomorrow’s leaders about modern manufacturing and providing real-world aerospace experience. Spirit internships are all paid, delivering value in more ways than one to college students.
Spirit’s college internship programs provide the opportunity to:
- Gain technical and leadership skills through hands-on experience
- Explore careers associated with fields of study and gain insight into career options
- Build relationships with mentors, managers and Spirit employees
- Network with other students and employees through community, recreational, volunteer and social activities
College Internship
Sometimes the best person for the job is someone who understands more about the position than anyone else could — a former employee. Spirit is welcoming back former exemplary employees to teach, train and mentor. Help fill current employment gaps and share your workplace wisdom in either full- or part-time positions.
